Symbiosis Institute of Design in now in a mess. Their security men sorrounded and beat up a dog mercilessly and laughed as they did it. Now they need to get arrested. Again confirmed what I already know… Indian police is amongst the best…. given the limited resources and training… they still do the best of what they can.
