Wow- what a judgement to read
I spent the best time of my day, reading a judgement on Horse Whipping by Jockeys in race courses.
The judge wrote 140 pages on the issue. This is amazing… every detail of the whipping was considered and it literally left the jockeys red-faced. They actually do not need to whip the horse during the race, they only do so to show that they are in control.
Will put that judgement on this site someday. For sure.
